Kasuti embroidery is a traditional hand-embroidery style from Karnataka, India, known for its intricate patterns and fine needlework. Kasuti is characterized by four main types of stitches:

• Murgi (Chicken stitch): A small, fine stitch that creates a raised effect.
• Negi (Back stitch): A stitch that creates a linear effect, often used for outlining designs.
• Gara (Running stitch): A simple running stitch that creates patterns like straight lines and grids.
• Ful (or Kuthli) (Diagonal stitch): A diagonal stitch that is often used to form chequered patterns.
